4.write downall your finding on a paper.
5. prepare for probable questions.
6.try to bahave like you will do in exam.
7. speak less, listen
question care fully.
8.try to present as many case as possible.
9. ask your friends about your body language, talking manner.
10.after presentation write down what you learned .

how to use performa

a performa is very helpful in short cases. where you have limited time to examine the patient. all of them should be on tips. then it is just fill in the blank. let see a example.
a short case for eg.acl
you have to do three test ie drawer test, larchmaan, pivot.
and see for wasting and gait. also see in popliteal foss in last. so if we remember all these point in sequence it will take two to three minute to see the patient completely.
